About Us

It seems like a very long time ago that we started researching the fulltime RV lifestyle.  But here we are 2 years later living the life we've been dreaming about.  We sold everything we owned and bought a truck and 5th. wheel.

We now drive a 2003 Ford F250 and pull a 2015 Keystone Sprinter 269RL 32 feet long.  We are currently in Waller, Texas at our first workamping job. We're working at Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park. This is a large destination park with a large water park, so there is always children around.  Barb is working in the general store and I o landscaping and maintain the Putt Putt course.  We are scheduled to be here through October 31st.  

We left Texas on Nov. 1st. 2015 and headed to Florida to spend some time seeing family and playing with the grand kids.  We're currently set up at Sand Hill Scout Reservation in Brooksville, Fl. where I'm doing a little work in exchange for a place to stay.  Its a Boy Scout camp but we do have water, sewer, and electric.  Sorry no WiFi or cable so we have to rough it a little.  We do receive over the air TV but only get ABC, oh the sacrifices we make. About the middle of February we will head to Cherokee, NC. to begin our next workamping job at Yogi in the Smokies Campground.  We can't wait to get there.

Well, we are back in Florida after one season in the Smoky Mountains.  I'll just say we didn't have the same experience there as we did in Texas. As we finish up our time here we've been making a few upgrades and repairs to our rig.  By the middle of March we will be heading out to Cody Wyoming where we will be working for Blair Hotels at the Buffalo Bill Village Cabins. Our plan at this time is after leaving Cody, we will head south to Albuquerque, New Mexico for the Big Balloon Fest before coming back to Florida for the winter.
